Questions, privacy requests, security concerns or abuse reports?

Before you email

Describe the problem and include the domain, approximate time and any visible error message. For an abuse report or a request about a specific item, include its identifier or a link with the part after # removed.

Do not send decryption keys, complete secret links or sensitive message contents. Email is outside ReadThenBurn's encrypted sharing flow. We cannot recover lost keys, read encrypted content without a key, or restore burned messages.
